Based at the UK Technical and Service centre in Crowborough, United Kingdom, James manages the EMEA and India Customer accounts as well as the strategic account managers across the globe.
A former apprentice of Hummingbird’s parent company Servomex, James has accumulated over 15 years of experience working on their gas analysers and sensing technology in both customer applications and engineering roles.
James has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience, benefiting the Hummingbird team, and both existing and new customers.
Based in the United States, James deals directly with our customers in the Americas region, helping them to integrate our OEM sensing solutions into their product designs and ensuring they achieve the results they expect.
With 15 years of experience in product development engineering, management, and sales, he understands the challenges Hummingbird’s customers face, and is well equipped to supply both technical and commercial support.
James works closely with both medical and industrial customers to build lasting relationships. From proof of concept through product development and volume production, James ensures our products and services are aligned with expectations.
Masaki is focused on assisting our customers in the Japan and Korea region, providing professional technical support for their projects, and helping them to achieve the performance and budget they require.
After graduating from an engineering college, he worked as a field engineer, R&D engineer, system engineer, and technical executive at a leading Japanese medical manufacturer. He has been part of the Hummingbird team for the past five years.
This background allows him to provide expert advice on the integration of our sensors to medical manufacturers. He also has a strong capability to provide technical support to industrial customers, as well as leading product sales.
A Hummingbird team member for almost ten years, Lisa serves our customers in the China region, ensuring our OEM sensing solutions integrate seamlessly into their designs, delivering the expected product performance.
After achieving a degree in Automatic Engineering, Lisa worked for a major sensor company, accumulating useful sales experience in Europe and China, before joining Hummingbird in 2011.
Lisa works closely with our medical and industrial customers throughout their project development processes. Acting as a bridge between the customer and supplier, she has a strong knowledge of our clients and their markets, and is adept at proving the advice they need to find the right solution.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the advancement and the sustainment of the product portfolio. Rob, along with his team of Engineers and Product Applications Specialists ensure Hummingbird continue to develop and deliver quality solutions.
With his experience within both Hummingbird and Servomex as a proficient Mechanical Engineer, he has partaken in a vast majority of all Hummingbird sustainment and development projects in recent years.
Rob, along with his team, have an invaluable and intricate level of technical knowledge available foremostly to support customers, but also to enable growth and expansion of Hummingbird technologies and product offerings.
Based at our UK Technical Centre in Crowborough, Alex provides technical assistance to customers and investigates any field failures. He also performs type-testing of new products and provides technical literature.
A highly experienced member of the team, he has been at Hummingbird for 15 years, following 17 years at our parent company Servomex, beginning as a trainee test technician before moving to industrial engineering and material control.
His involvement at the front end of new products, including type-testing and manufacturing implementation, enables Alex to obtain a deep understanding of their capabilities. This allows him to support customers in implementing our technologies, and provide technical assistance as and when required.
Based at our UK Technical Centre in Crowborough, Daniel provides technical assistance to customers and investigates any field failures. He also performs type-testing of new products and provides technical literature.
Daniel joined Servomex as an apprentice, and worked his way through Service until he decided to join Hummingbird. He has high experience in Servicing, fault finding and repairing as well as testing the whole range of Servomex analysers and providing technical support to Servomex customers and field engineers throughout his time in Service.
His involvement at the front end of new products, including type-testing and manufacturing implementation, enables Daniel to use his post Sales knowledge and experience to help with the development and implementation of new products and technologies.
